1. Bluetooth Permission

  • Usage scenario: Discover, connect, and manage smart devices, complete provisioning, binding, and device communication.
  • Effect of denial: Device discovery, provisioning, or local device communication results may be unavailable.

2. Location Permission and Location Information

  • Usage scenario: Some Android versions require location permission for Bluetooth scanning. The current iOS version does not actively request system location permission. ZASO does not continuously track your geographic location based on this permission.
  • Third-party SDK note: JPush SDK is used for push notification services, and its iOS privacy manifest may include precise location data types. We have disabled optional GPS, SSID, BSSID, and base station collection where supported and do not use this information for advertising tracking, user profiling, or geofence marketing.
  • Effect of denial: Device discovery, Bluetooth scanning, or provisioning may be limited on some devices.

3. Notification Permission

  • Usage scenario: Receive device event reminders, order notices, after-sales progress, and system service messages.
  • Effect of denial: The App can still be used, but you may not receive system notification reminders.

4. Camera Permission

  • Usage scenario: Scan device QR codes, referral codes, promotion QR codes, or other business QR codes.
  • Effect of denial: QR scanning cannot be used, but supported pages may allow manual code entry.

5. Photo, Image, and Video Permissions

  • Usage scenario: Select and upload posts, videos, after-sales vouchers, customer support feedback materials, or profile images.
  • Effect of denial: You may not be able to select local photos or videos, and upload-related features may be unavailable.

6. Network Permission

  • Usage scenario: Account login, device data synchronization, content loading, store orders, payment, after-sales support, push messages, and customer support.
  • Effect of denial: The App's main online features cannot work normally.

7. Permission Management

You can view, enable, or disable permissions in phone system settings. Disabling permissions does not affect transaction, order, after-sales, or security records that have already been processed in accordance with applicable law.
