1. Services

ZASO provides auxiliary reminders and device management for family care scenarios through smart devices, mobile applications, message reminders, record analysis, and related store services.

2. Account and Security

You may need to register an account using a mobile number or another supported method, and you should provide true and accurate information. Please keep your login credentials, verification codes, and device access permissions secure.

3. Device Use

After a device is bound, related event records, status information, and reminders are associated with your account. Device functions depend on power, network, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cloud services, and mobile system notification permissions.

4. Store and Payments

Product prices, inventory, promotions, delivery, and after-sales rules are subject to the page display and order confirmation. Payment services may be provided by WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other third-party payment institutions.

5. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the App. Order, transaction, after-sales, financial, or other information that must be retained by law may be kept for the required period.
