1. Account Login and Security

Mobile number, verification-code results, login status, user ID, basic device/network information, and security logs are used for registration, login, identity verification, security, and service notices.

2. Device Binding and Care Reminders

Device identifiers, names, binding relationships, online status, firmware version, temperature and humidity, wetness, bowel movements, care records, reminder settings, and logs are used for provisioning, status display, care records, exception reminders, and troubleshooting.

3. Shared Care

Invitation relationships, member account identifiers, and device access permissions are used to establish and manage caregiver sharing.

4. Store Orders, Payments, and After-Sales Support

Recipient name, mobile number, delivery address, order and product information, payment status, logistics, invoices, after-sales requests, refunds, and uploaded evidence are used for fulfillment, settlement, delivery, support, disputes, and legal retention.

5. Experience Partner and Promotion Settlement

Referral relationships and codes, task records, post/video evidence, referred orders, earnings, withdrawals, identity verification, payout accounts, and tax information are used for eligibility, attribution, calculation, review, tax compliance, and risk control.

6. Customer Support, Feedback, and Files

Feedback content, contact information, screenshots, images, videos, file identifiers, and support communications are used for diagnosis, support, service improvement, and dispute handling.

7. Sensitive Personal Information and Local Provisioning

• Infant care data may reflect health or care status and is processed only after guardian binding, entry, or authorized sharing.
• Real name and identity-card number are used for required eligibility checks. The server stores the real name, masked number, and an irreversible verification value, not the full plaintext number.
• Payout account type, holder name, and account number are used for withdrawal review. The server stores masked and irreversible verification values, not the full plaintext number.
• Wi-Fi SSID and password are sent only to the selected device over local Bluetooth for provisioning and are not uploaded to or stored on our cloud servers. Logs do not record plaintext credentials.

8. Store, Logistics, and File Access

Public-display files are stored for public use; non-public evidence uses private object storage and time-limited or signed access. We do not generate permanent public links for non-public material.

9. Other Third-Party Services

Alibaba Cloud SMS is used for verification messages; Alibaba Cloud OSS for controlled file storage; Kuaidi100 for logistics queries; and Google ML Kit Barcode Scanning for local barcode recognition and component diagnostics. Processing occurs only for the relevant user-initiated or service function.

10. Personal Information Rights

You may request access, copies, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, account cancellation, or submit complaints through App functions or customer-support channels.
