  • Information types: Mobile number, verification code check results, login status, user ID, basic device and network information, and security logs.
  • Purpose: Registration and login, identity verification, account security, abnormal login detection, and service notifications.

2. Device Binding and Care Reminders

  • Information types: Device identifiers, device names, binding relationships, device status, event records, reminder settings, notification preferences, and necessary operational logs.
  • Purpose: Device binding, provisioning, status display, event reminders, record queries, and troubleshooting.

3. Store Orders, Payments, and After-Sales Support

  • Information types: Recipient name, mobile number, delivery address, order information, product information, payment status, logistics information, after-sales requests, refund records, and voucher images or videos.
  • Purpose: Order fulfillment, payment settlement, logistics delivery, after-sales processing, customer support, dispute resolution, and legal retention.

4. Experience Partner and Promotion Settlement

  • Information types: Referral relationships, referral codes, task completion records, post or video vouchers, referred customer orders, earnings records, withdrawal status, identity verification, and tax-related information.
  • Purpose: Experience partner qualification, referral relationship binding, earnings calculation, withdrawal review, tax compliance, and risk control audit.

5. Customer Support, Feedback, and File Upload

  • Information types: Feedback content, contact information, issue screenshots, images, videos, file identifiers, and customer support communication records.
  • Purpose: Issue diagnosis, customer support, troubleshooting, service improvement, and dispute handling.

6. Personal Information Rights
