Account Deletion and Data Removal
You can submit an account deletion request in the App. After deletion, account profile data will be deleted or anonymized, while records that must be retained by law may be kept for the required period.
1. Deletion Entry
You can submit an account deletion request in the ZASO App by going to Me - Privacy and Security - Delete Account.
2. Submission and Verification
- Identity verification, usually by mobile number verification code, is required before account deletion.
- Unfinished orders, after-sales requests, withdrawals, disputes, or account security risks may need to be resolved first.
- After submission, the account enters the deletion process.
3. Cooling-Off Period and Withdrawal
- The account may enter a cooling-off period during which normal login and use are usually unavailable.
- If you need to withdraw the request or restore the account, contact official customer support during the cooling-off period.
- After the cooling-off period ends and deletion conditions are met, account deletion will continue.
4. Data Deletion and Anonymization
After deletion is completed, account profile data, login state, device binding relationships, notification preferences, and other information directly associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized.
5. Legally Retained Information
Order, payment, refund, after-sales, invoice, tax, security audit, risk control, and dispute handling records may be retained for the period required by law, regulatory requirements, transaction security, or dispute resolution. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize the data in accordance with applicable law.

If you cannot complete deletion in the App or have questions about data handling after deletion, you may contact us through the in-App customer support entry or public support email.
